Jennifer Breakey Ortega:   “wax ninja” Jen has been a spa professional for over 20 years.  She has opened many spas all over the country as well as consulting.  Executive Spa Director for Glen Ivy Hot Springs Day Spas , she has been a guest speaker at shows here and internationally.  While pregnant, Jen decided to open her own spa that she could be a mom and work as well as provide a safe environment for working moms.  Serendipity was a labor of love and support.  She uses her experience in product development as well to create Jen’s “Treat” lotion as well as other delightful products at Serendipity

 

Belinda Stotts:  Color guru and nail enthusiast…Belinda has worked in high end spas for over 15 years.  She was part of the management team for Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spas and was part of the opening team for all of the day spas. She was part of Jen’s “go to” team for all new spas and endeavors.  She joined Jen shortly after she opened Serendipity.   Belinda’s clients enjoy her fun loving personality and humor. 

 

Jeannette Torres:  Jeannette has been a manicurist for over 25 years and for over 15 years has worked in the high end spa world.  Part of the original Glen Ivy Brea manicuring team, once she heard Jen was opening Serendipity…she knew that’s where she wanted to be.   She loves to give manicures and pedicures as well as being the queen of “repurposing” objects into treasures!

 

Margaret Stafford:  The nail maestro….Margaret also worked with Jen at Glen Ivy as a manicurist as well as  in a supervisor role. She now loves giving manicures and pedicures at Serendipity!  She delights people with her amazing service and a special touch.

 

Sylvia Davis:  Brow diva, eyelash enthusiast, and savvy spray tanner, Sylvia is a former Burke Williams esthetician that joined Serendipity 5 years ago.  She loves to give amazing facials with real results! She has a fun loving personality and loves making people look and feel beautiful. 

 

Tattiana Banta: Manicurist for over 12 years, she is our newest member.  She loves giving amazing manicures and pedicures and fits right in with this crazy bunch!
